The beginning of everything….

We, Gabriela Gebhard and Andreas Barth, found, after several long journeys through South America, especially Chile and Patagonia, our new home in one of the most scenic regions of Chile: in the lake district, close to Pucón.
Our sons, Ruben and Raphael, were born in Chile. Therefore we continue with a long tradition of German immigrants in Chile....

Trekking around the Landhaus

We are running an ecological farm, with cattle breeding (cows, pigs, horses, ducks and chicken) as well as alternative cultivation of fruits and vegetables.
With our own meat- and milk-products, we are almost self-supporters. Thus the well being of our guests is cared for....

The Landhaus and its partner are some of only few people who have the permission to ride into the national park Villarrica!
We offer 1 and 2 day tours riding with our friend "Horse Hans"!...

Dear Gabriela and Andreas: We enjoyed so much staying in your farmhouse in January 2005. The three days we spent at your place were wonderful. The location is so convenient, close enough to Pucon, Lago Caburgua and many Termas.... and yet quiet and very relaxing.... we loved seeing all the animals on your farm, and upon our return to the states, we shared with our friends and family many great pictures of your place ...most of all we enjoyed the gourmet meals that Gabriela provided each day. She is an amazing chef, and each day she delighted us with incredible meals, which made us feel very special. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We hope to come back to your lovely farmhouse someday....
